Refund and Returns Policy

Product can be returned at customer’s expense within 60 days of date of purchase for a refund. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided to us to provide a refund to the credit card you used to pay for it. You must provide an email to kevinking@poolcrystals.com.au before the return so that instructions can be given as to delivery address and so we know to expect it.
